YOGA & PILATES

With Emma McCready

With a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, I bring intelligent cueing and clear explanations to my classes. Drawing inspiration from the movements and techniques of Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrias, Myofascial release, Physiotherapy and more, I create an exploratory practise that empower us in our bodies.

 

Weekly classes, open to all abilities, are taught online via Zoom. I also teach monthly workshops in Edinburgh. I hope you can join me.
