YOGA & PILATES

In Gentle Yoga we explore the body and mind, calming the nervous system with movement, breathing exercises, and meditation. In Yogalates we add in Pilates and Physiotherapy exercises to build strength. And, in Massage Ball, we improve mobility with self massage.
With a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and a passion for Body Positivity, I bring intelligent cueing and clear explanations to my classes. Classes are online and open to all abilities. I hope you can join me.
