Service Description

In this workshop we use therapy balls (provided) to massage the body. The grippy texture of the balls creates friction which can improve the glide between fascial layers. This can help relieve aches and pains, improve mobility and breathing, and has a wonderfully calming effect on the nervous system. Expect foot massage, neck release, gentle belly rolling and more.. plus a long Yoga Nidra for complete rest.
